Plaintiff Theola Veasley appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment to defendants Federal National Mortgage Association (“Fannie Mae”) and BAC Home Loans Servicing in an action alleging a violation of Mich. Comp. Laws § 600.3204 in a mortgage foreclosure proceeding. Following the entry of the decree of foreclosure, a sheriffs sale was held. Veasley attempted to redeem the property but failed to do so prior to the expiration of the redemption period.
