In the trial court, defendant in error, a Texas company, hereinafter referred to as plaintiff, sought to recover from plaintiff in error, hereinafter referred to as defendant, the balance of an account allegedly ac crued under a factoring agreement said Company had with another Texas company, named “Dealer Equipment Company”, of which defendant, an Oklahoma City man, and his wife were executive officers and principal stockholders.
