Plaintiff, Louis Anderson, has filed a four-count complaint against defendants, the Chicago Board of Education (“Board”) and Toni Hill (“Hill”), alleging that he was discriminated against by the Board on the basis of his sex in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000(e) et seq.
