Plaintiff, Michael S. Alexander (“Alexander”) has sued his employer and eleven of its current and former employees alleging violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq. (“Title VII”), and various state statutes.
