Plaintiff, Nina E. Dill, brought suit to recover possession of certain real property which had formerly been sold by her under a forfeitable conditional sales contract. Mary Zielke, who was a subsequent contract purchaser of the same property from plaintiffs vendee, was made the principal defendant in the case.
