Bearden Lumber Company appeals from the decision of the Workers’ Compensation Commission holding it liable for disability benefits due Bobby Bond under the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Act. Bobby Bond received an acknowledged compensable injury to his back while employed at Bearden Lumber Company at a time when Liberty Mutual Insurance Company was its workers’ compensation carrier.
