This is a workers’ compensation case. Appellant, Lee Wayne Jeter, appeals from an order of the Commission, which found that he failed to prove by a preponderance of the evidence that medical problems requiring surgery in July 1994 were a compensable consequence of his June 1991 com-pensable injury. He argues that the Commission’s finding is not supported by substantial evidence. Appellee, B.R. McGinty Mechanical, cross-appeals from the Commission’s order, arguing that the award of attorney’s fees is not supported by substantial evidence. We disagree, and affirm on both…
