OPINION
MORRIS, Justice.
Friedman and Associates, P.C. and Belt-line Entertainment, Ltd. appeal the trial court’s order imposing sanctions against them pursuant to rule 13 of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure. Appellants assert seven points of error on appeal. Because we find merit in appellants’ sixth point of error, we reverse the trial court’s sanction order and render judgment that the sanction order is unenforceable against appellants.
