The plaintiff, William R. McComb, Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division, United States Department of Labor, brought this action under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, Act of June 25, 1938, c. 676, 29 U.S.C.A. § 201 et seq., to enjoin defendants, LaMont Voorhies Trimmer and Donald R. Trimmer, individually and as copartners doing business under the name and style of Trimmer Stone Company, from violating the provisions of §§ 15 (a) (2) and 15(a) (5) of the Act, 29 U.S.C.
