Now before the Court are Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment, Plaintiffs Motion for Continuance Under Rule 56(f) and Brief in Support of Opposition to Motion for Summary Judgment, 1 and Reply Brief in Support of Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment and Response to Plaintiff’s Rule 56(f) Motion for Continuance.
