On this day, the Court considered De-fendanVThird-Party Plaintiff Hydroblast Corporation’s (“Hydroblast”) Motion for Partial Summary Judgment with Respect to Its Claim Against Third-Party Defendant, Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company, filed on March 26, 1999.
