BENCH, Presiding Judge:

1 Plaintiff Vickie Lynn Ward (Ward) appeals the trial court's decision granting summary judgment in favor of Defendant IHC Health Services, Inc. (the Hospital) and Third-party Defendant Mountain West Anesthesia, LLC (Mountain West). Because both documents signed by Ward in connection with the settlement of her medical malpractice suit against Mountain West are separate and enforceable contracts, the trial court did not err, as Ward contends, in ruling that the second of the two documents did not supersede or replace the first document.
