Frank T. Gallagher, Justice..This proceeding was commenced by the issuance of a writ of quo warranto out of this court upon an information presented to the court with the consent of the attorney general.

Eelators are Dale M. Stanchfield and 13 other members of the city council of the city of Minneapolis. The purpose of the proceeding is to determine the right of respondent, Emmett D.
