1 Reported in 251 N.W. 519. This is an appeal by Al P. Erickson as county auditor of Hennepin county from judgment of the lower court making peremptory two alternative writs of mandamus growing out of two actions consolidated below because identical in objective.
October 17, 1933, the board of education of the city of Minneapolis made its annual tax levy pursuant to the provisions of the city charter hereinafter set forth.
