This is an appeal from the trial court’s judgment denying John David “Jack” Noble’s (Noble) Motion to Contest an Election brought against the Ada County Elections Board; J. David Navarro, the Ada County Clerk; Christopher Rich; and James E. Risch, Noble’s opponent (collectively “Interested Parties”).
