Appellants Josephine and Frank Astorquia appeal from a district court order granting summary judgment to respondent Southern Idaho Production Credit Association (SIPCA) as well as the district court’s prior order imposing sanctions on appellants for failure to comply with discovery requests of respondent. Primarily, appellants contend on appeal that the district court abused its discretion in awarding sanctions against them. The sanctions imposed by the district court included striking of appellants’ affirmative defenses and counterclaim against SIPCA. We affirm in part, vacate…
