BURDICK, Justice.

The appellant, Timothy A. Dunlap (Dunlap), appeals the district court’s order denying his petition for post-conviction relief involving his guilty plea to first-degree murder. The district court denied post-conviction relief and found that Dunlap received effective assistance of counsel. Dunlap appeals, asking this Court to reverse the district court and grant him post-conviction relief.
