THE COURT.
An action to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been caused by defendants’ negligence. The jury returned a verdict for the plaintiff, and from the judgment entered thereon defendants have appealed.
Defendant Jones was a salesman in the employ of the defendant corporation, which was a dealer in automobiles. On the date of the accident defendant Jones invited plaintiff to ride in an automobile owned by the corporation, his object being to induce her to purchase the same.
