This is an action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained in an automobile accident which occurred on the John Day highway about 17 miles north of the city of Burns in Harney county, Oregon. Verdict and judgment were had in favor of the plaintiff against the defendants H. M. Howard and the Safeway Stores, Incorporated, in the sum of $29,000. No damages were found against the defendants George Velvin and Thomas Velvin.
