Appellant, Concrete, Inc., is a domestic corporation engaged in the ready-mixed concrete business, with offices at Rogers, Arkansas. Appellee, Arkhola Sand & Gravel Company, a domestic corporation, is also engaged in the ready-mixed concrete business and has offices located at Fort Smith, Fayetteville, and Lowell, Arkansas.
