Baratti v. Koser Gin Company

Appellant brought suit in the circuit court against appellee, Koser Gin Company, asking judgment for. $981 alleged to be due appellant on agreement for a rebate of $3 per bale on cotton ginned by appellee for appellant during the year 1942.
