Jerry Lee Stogsdill appeals a Craighead County chancery court decision that issued a foreclosure decree on behalf of his siblings, James Stogsdill, Jr., and Janet Stogsdill Osmon, co-executors of the estate of their mother, Elizabeth Stogsdill, deceased, after finding that appellant owed his mother’s estate $71,151.07 for personal loans secured by mortgages containing future-advance clauses.
