This appeal involves competing security interests in the proceeds of a bankrupt farmer’s 1998 crop. Appellant, Hans Nef, originally filed this action in Drew County Chancery Court against Lynn Kinder d/b/a Kinder Farm Partnership, Ag Services of America, Inc., and Ag Acceptance Corporation (Ag Services). On the motion of Ag Services, the Drew County Chancery Court dismissed the case against Kinder because of the automatic stay of the bankruptcy court and transferred the case against Ag Services to the Pulaski County Chancery Court, now Circuit Court.
