Defendant appeals from judgments of conviction upon five counts of incest committed through intercourse with his minor daughter, Carol Ann Black, on June 2, 1955, December 13, 1955, December 15, 1955, December 26, 1955, and January 7, 1956. The evidence showed that such acts began in 1952, when she was 11% years of age, and continued at intervals until ended by her pregnancy at the age of 15 years and by defendant’s ensuing arrest.
