This is an appeal, in the nature of mandamus and certiorari, from an order of the circuit court of Wayne county, in chancery, denying plaintiffs’ petition for discovery and production by defendants, of certain books, records, documents and papers.
Plaintiffs filed their bill of complaint in this cause, copious in extent, alleging, in substance, that they are practicing physicians, surgeons and dentists, respectively, in the city of Detroit, and that in 1932 and early in 1933, defendant Norman E.
