This antitrust action arises under §§ 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act. 15 U.S.C. §§ 1 and 2. Plaintiffs, White Mule Company and its owners, L. Steven Ritchey and Deborah K. Ritchey, both individually and as trustees of the L. Steven Ritchey Living Trust and the Deborah K.
