This is a declaratory judgment action seeking a determination as to which, if any, of several insurance policies provide coverage for Elmer C. Rinderknecht and R. H. Mooney and Associates, Inc. in connection with a suit seeking damages of $90,000 filed by defendants Wilbert J. and Alvera R. Thomassen. The amount in controversy is $90,000, the amount sued for by the Thomassens. Travelers Indemnity Co. v. Bohn, 460 S.W.2d 642 (Mo.1970).
