These appeals (which reach the writer on reassignment) follow a declaratory judgment action which seeks a determination of which automobile liability insurer owes what under the omnibus clause coverage in one policy and the non-owned automobile clause coverage in the other. An opinion was handed down by the court of appeals, St. Louis District. That court thereafter overruled motions for rehearing but because of the general interest and importance of the questions involved and for the purpose of reexamining the existing law relative to the issues presented, sustained the motions…
