Through the candor and frankness of opposing counsel, the vital issues in this case are clearly defined. Under the plaintiffs’ theory, the defendants entered into a conspiracy to compel the plaintiffs to recognize their union, and to that end placed pickets in front of their places of business to drive and keep customers away, by reason of which the plaintiffs suffered material damage.
