The defendants are charged with having been, through their action in wrongful combi nation, the cause of the plaintiff’s discharge from his employment for hire at his trade as a hat “maker.” The undisputed facts show that he was discharged, and that the discharge was the direct consequence of his having been dropped from the roll of membership of the defendant local union and from the national body to which it belonged, and of the existence of an agreement between that national body, representing the defendant union and its affiliated unions, and his employer, requiring his discharge if a…
