This suit was orig-nally filed in the district court of Payne county, Okla., on January 11, 1916, to enjoin the defendants from collecting, or attempting to collect, a levy and assessment or any part thereof in payment for a contract for the construction of lateral sewer district No. 20, within the limits of city of Cushing, and for an order to set aside, cancel, and declare void the tax warrants issued in part payment of said improvements, and to prohibit the further levying and assessing said property to pay for said sewer, and to prohibit the issuing of any further tax…
