This is an action to recover damages for the wrongful death of decedent, Arthur M. Barlow. Defendants Flood Control District and Debus filed separate demurrers to the first amended complaint which were sustained without leave to amend. Plaintiff presented a motion for leave to file a second amended complaint.* The motion was denied and *981judgment was thereafter entered in favor of defendants, from which plaintiff has appealed.
