Appellant Murray Publishing Company, Inc. (Murray Publishing), seeks review of a partial judgment dismissing its claim that respondents Gary Malmquist, Mark O'Keefe, and The Best Buy News (referred to collectively as Malmquist) tortiously interfered with a contract or business expectancy. Following a 2-day bench trial, the trial court determined that Malmquist had knowingly interfered with Murray Pubhshing's exclusive distribution contract with Advo Systems, Inc.
