OPINION AND ORDER

This matter is before the Court on Defendants’ Medtronic, Inc., Medtronic USA, Inc., and Medtronic Vascular, Inc. (collectively “Defendants” or “Medtronic”) motion to dismiss pursuant to Rules 12(b)(2) and 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. 1 After examining the motion, associated briefs, and the Complaint, the Court finds that oral argument is unnecessary because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented and oral argument would not aid in the decisional process.
