Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Sullivan County (LaBuda, J.), rendered December 1, 2005, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of robbery in the third degree.
Defendant pleaded guilty to robbery in the third degree. In accordance with the negotiated plea agreement, he was sentenced to a prison term of seven years with a period of postrelease supervision and he waived his right to appeal.
