Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court *886(Teresi, J.), rendered September 16, 2004 in Albany County, convicting defendant upon her plea of guilty of the crimes of identity theft in the first degree, possession of a forged instrument in the second degree (two counts) and grand larceny in the fourth degree.
