Appeals (1) from a judgment of the County Court of Ulster County (Bruhn, J.), rendered May 10, 2004, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of robbery in the first degree, and (2) by permission, from two orders of said court, entered September 8, 2004 and September 15, 2004, which denied defendant’s motions pursuant to CEL 440.10 to vacate the judgment of conviction, without a hearing.
