CLARY, Chief Judge.
This case involves a proposed merger between the Provident National Bank and the Central-Penn National Bank, both of the City of Philadelphia, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. It is being challenged by the Department of Justice as being in violation of the antitrust laws of the United States. The case-was tried to the Court without a jury.
