Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Madison County (DiStefano, J.), rendered January 18, 2007, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of sexual abuse in the first degree.

In the course of an investigation regarding sexual abuse of a male child, defendant agreed to submit to a polygraph examination, during which he admitted to engaging in, sexual contact with an eight-year-old girl.
