Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Schenectady County (Drago, J.), rendered July 2, 2008, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree.

In a “buy and bust” operation in the City of Schenectady, Schenectady County, defendant was arrested after his vehicle was stopped, a search of his person was conducted, and cocaine was found in his sock.
