Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Sullivan County (LaBuda, J), rendered December 2, 2004, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of unlawful surveillance in the second degree.

In satisfaction of a five-count indictment, defendant entered a guilty plea to the crime of unlawful surveillance in the second degree and was sentenced, as agreed and as an admitted second felony offender, to a prison term of l½ to 3 years.
