HALL, Chief Justice:
This appeal and cross-appeal involve the propriety of the money judgment entered against defendant on plaintiffs’ allegation of fraud.
On January 22, 1977, defendant Century Equipment Company, Inc. (hereinafter “Century”) sold an excavator to Continental Excavating (hereinafter “Continental”) for $80,500 plus tax.
