ZIMMERMAN, Justice:

National American Title Insurance Co. (“National American”) appeals from a judgment entered after trial to the court holding it liable to Zions First National Bank (“Zions”) under a title insurance policy. National American contends that several of the trial court’s constructions of the insurance policy were erroneous and that certain factual findings lack adequate evidentiary support.
