HOLMES, Judge.

A.ppellee-wife originally filed suit individually for $4,500 against appellant-insurer on a homeowner’s insurance policy. As a result of defensive pleadings by appellant, the complaint was amended to include appellee-husband as a party-plaintiff.

The trial court, without the intervention of a jury, found for the appellee-wife, individually, and entered a judgment in her favor for $3,715. Appeal by appellant-insurer is taken from this judgment.
