Pro se Plaintiff Joseph C. Dressier filed suit against Defendant Community Service Communications, Inc. (“Commtel”), alleging that Commtel eliminated his position as head of its human resources department in retaliation for his exercise of rights protected by the federal Family and Medical Leave Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 2601-2654, and Maine Family Medical Leave Requirements, 26 M.R.S.A. §§ 843-848.
