Plaintiff Ronald Hodges brings this action against defendant the District of Columbia, alleging violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq., as amended, the District of Columbia Human Rights Act of 1977 (“DCHRA”), D.C.Code § 2-1401 et seq., as amended, and the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 (“FMLA”), 29 U.S.C. § 2601 et seq. 1 Now before the Court is the District’s motion to dismiss under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6) or, alternatively, for summary judgment.
