MEMORANDUM DECISION

MANSFIELD, District Judge.

Plaintiff, a manufacturer of electric brakes and clutches used in space vehicles, has sued three former employees (Everett, Miele and Lowell *) and their recently formed competitor (Lem Instruments Corp.) for treble damages under §§ 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act and for injunctive relief under § 4 of the Clayton Act.
