This is an appeal from a July 12,1996 judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Athens County granting summary judgment against David Katterhenrich, plaintiff below and appellant herein, on Katterhenrich’s claims for declaratory and injunctive relief and damages, arising from the failure of the Federal Hocking Local School District Board of Education, defendant below and appellee herein, to hire him as an assistant boys’ basketball coach.
