ROBERT E. Quinn, Chief Judge:

A general court-martial convicted the accused of the murder of his wife in their trailer home near- Anchorage, Alaska, and imposed a sentence which included a dishonorable discharge and *166confinement at hard labor for twenty-five years. On review, a board of review reduced the findings of guilty to involuntary manslaughter and reassessed the sentence by reducing the period of confinement to three years.
