Appellants have been convicted of premeditated murder, in violation of Article of War 92, 10 USC § 1564, and sentenced to death. The convening authority approved, but recommended that the sentence as to each be commuted to dishonorable discharge, total forfeitures, and confinement at hard labor for life. A board of review in the office of The Judge Advocate General, United States Army, affirmed the findings and sentences with no recommendation of commutation.
